General McCaffrey’s most recent Op-Ed in the Seattle Times: “Donald Trump is an ‘abusive braggart’ unfit to lead our Armed Forces”.
The Military Engineer featured an article entitled “California’s Fragile Gem” by General McCaffrey and Rob Vining discussing how soil subsidence, seismic activity, species decline and increased salinity at the Sacramento – San Joaquin Delta are placing a delicate ecosystem, water supply and natural food supply at risk.
